You will pick your delivery date during checkout. The options will guide you as to what days are available for your area. We deliver between 6am and 9:30am. You will receive tracking notifications so please keep your cell phone nearby on delivery day!
6 days a week! No deliveries on Sundays. There are some areas in VA where we only delivery 2x a week. The checkout process will guide you with available dates.
Yes! There is a space during checkout to enter instructions. Please enter directions in the Notes section at checkout.
Not a problem! You can do it yourself in your customer portal, or we will be happy to do it for you. Please let us know 48 hours in advance, if possible. We have a lot of emails to get through daily and the 48 hours really helps! If you can't give 48 hours notice, we MUST know by 9:00am the day before your delivery is scheduled. No changes can be accepted after 9:00am, the day before delivery.
A juice cleanse is when you limit your food intake and only have juice for 1, 2, or 3 days. Depending on what kind of diet you are coming from, having all juice, or juice and healthy food is still acceptable for a cleanse. The premise is that by removing the fiber, you get all the wonderful nutrients from plants in a super accessible form. It's like an internal IV of vitamins and nutrients!
You can either place them in your recycling, or return them to our Union Market location (325 Morse Street NE) for $1 credit per 16oz bottle towards your in store purchase.
Our juice is cold-pressed to order in our kitchen. We use a commercial juice press that maximizes nutrients, taste and color, delivering the best juice to your doorstep!
Cold-Pressed juices are designed to completely untangle the fibers that hold the cells of fruits and vegetables together by slowly grinding then pressing! The cold-pressed juicing process allows the ingredients to sustain their nutritional value and yield up to 30% more juice than a standard juicer (centrifugal juicing). Centrifugal juice is produced by chopping and forced into a fast spinning blade that causes heat and oxidation which leaves the juice with minimal nutrients left and lacking nutritious enzymes.
YES! And we appreciate you saving them for us. Feel free to use the cooler bags for your picnics and groceries, but if you accumulate too many, we will gladly take them back, sterilize them and re-use or recycle. Just leave them out for the driver during your next delivery and we will collect it for you.
Our juice is raw and unpasteurized, preserving all the nutrients, flavor and color for your nourishment. Since it is close to nature, the shelf life is 3 days from the time you receive it. Just reach out if you need help planning for juice for more than 3 days at a time and we will be happy to assist you!
In exchange for the discount, you are agreeing to 3 deliveries. After your third delivery, you can cancel any time. You can also reschedule or skip as well!
Great question! There is not a minimum order for a subscription, but there is a minimum of $100 to get the free delivery. That is only about 8 juices, and we are confident you will feel a difference by having 2 or 3 a day. With the 3 order commitment, you are saving $45 while staying wellthy!

We don't think that will be the case, but if you don't like it or it is not agreeing with you, we can make changes to your order and try again. If you really must cancel before 3 deliveries, simply pay the invoice for the 10% savings you received so far. Don't worry, we are still friends!

So glad you asked! Yes, we must have all changes by 9am the day before your delivery. Please email us as soon as you know you need to make changes. We check all emails before starting our production for the day, but we cannot make changes or issue refunds after 9am the day before your delivery.
